1. Commissioned Artwork:
1.1 Artwork use:
‣ The art is for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc.
‣ You can resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.
‣ You can make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/post cards featuring the art you have purchased, so long as they are for personal use.
‣ You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.
2. Commission Payment Method:
2.1 Payment:
‣ All payment should be in EUR via Paypal f&f or through BuyMeACoffee or Ko-Fi but all fees will be covered by you.
‣ Payment is due in full till the first sketch has been sent.
‣ I will send you a DM with all the details and you will have 72 hours to complete the payment.
2.2 Refund Policy:
‣ I do not offer refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission for whatever reason.
‣ If you are unhappy with your product I will be more than happy to work with you on reasonable corrections to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the product. I will not redo the entire piece unless there was a mistake on my end that warrants a remake.
‣ I will keep you updated throughout the process, so any corrections you have failed to bring to my attention after the sketching and lining stage will not always be fixable.
2.3 Turnaround time:
‣ Commission turnaround times vary depending on how large my queue is and how complex your commission is.
‣ My turnaround time is 2 weeks, but usually commissions are finished within a few days or a week depending on how busy I am with IRL stuff and how long my queue is.
‣ I make sure to keep my customers updated throughout the process, especially on bigger pieces. Updates can be given additionally if the commissioner requests any.
2.4 Important Note:
‣ Commissions I make are public by default, mainly regarding TRELLO information where customers can keep track of their progress. Please let me know if you'd like your commission details to be kept private.
3.Designs and Adoptables:
3.1 Design Rules:
‣ Refrain from selling my designs off of toyhouse, always keep their profiles on toyhouse even if you are not using them or aren't yours anymore. If the character is no longer yours, please send them over to the creator/me/@RIVREXE with a message as to who's the new owner with a link to one of their social medias.
‣ Don't delete my designs, if you don't want them please give them back to me or resell/redesign ect.
‣ You may sell my designs for other types of currency as long as the currency is equal to it's actual worth. Do not sell my designs for more then what they're worth.
‣ You may use my designs for nsfw as long as ur above the legal age acourding to your country/state.
‣ Don't call my designs "high" or "low" quality as I feel uncomfortable with these things.
‣ Do not remove my tag from the tags section, because it's a easier way for everyone to find/view my designs.
3.2 Re-Designing / Edits:
‣ You can redesign the clothes, traits, small colour palette changes of my adopts as long as the original design is still recognisable.
‣ Do not change the species without notice. First contact me and let me know you want to change their spiecies.
3.3 Reselling / Trading:
‣ My designs may be re-sold, traded, and gifted.
‣ Resales must match the original purchase value of the adopt, with additives only for commissions purchased.
‣ Do not calculate a character resale's value based on anything but the adopt's original sale value + commissioned art or personal art.
