☆ After buying this adoptable you receive full ownership over them but must still follow my character design rules:
1.1 Design Rules:
• Don't sell my designs off of toyhouse, always keep them on toyhouse even if you are not using them or aren't yours anymore. If you do not have Toyhou.se, then the character profile will be kept with me/the creator till either you or a new owner has an account.
• Don't delete my designs, if you don't want them please give them back to me or resell them.
• You may sell my designs for other types of currency as long as it's legal.
• You may use my designs for nsfw as long as ur above the legal age acourding to your country/state.
• Don't call my designs "high" or "low" quality as I feel uncomfortable with these things.
• [For TH users] Do not remove my tag from the tags section, because it's a easier way for everyone to view my designs.
1.2 Re-Designing / Edits:
• You can redesign the clothes, traits, small colour palette changes of my adopts as long as the original design is still recognisable.
• You can commission a redesign by another artist.
• Do not change the species without notice. First contact me and let me know you want to change their spiecies.
1.3 Reselling / Trading:
• My designs may be re-sold, traded, and gifted.
• Resales must match the original purchase value of the adopt, with additives only for commissions purchased.
• Do not calculate a character resale's value based on anything but the adopt's original sale value + commissioned art.
